What is the mission of your brand?
Our mission is to build our brand into a community of likeminded people. Lucid Rodeo becomes a place and/or platform to those that keep trying in life, regardless of the failures.
Can I buy your clothes in stores or only online?
Due to our brand being new, we offer our clothing only through our own website. Sales through physical stores will be something to explore in the future.
Is there an expiration date on Lucid Rodeo gift cards?
No, our Lucid Rodeo Gift Cards have no expiration date.
What’s the best way to care for your clothing?
Below you find our care instructions. There will be care instructions in our product pages aswell.
• Machine wash at 30 degrees Celsius.
• turn the garment inside out to protect the fabric, print or embroidery.
• Do NOT tumble dry to avoid shrinking or damaging the material.
• Line dry for best results.
Is there a loyalty program or rewarding feature available for returning customers?
At this very moment we do not have such programs active. We will be doing incentives through e-mail, for our returning customers. Make sure you sign up to our mailing list to be notified about such incentives
We will be developing a loyalty program in the future.
How can I contact your customer service?
Our customer service agents will be available through e-mail, and limited on our social media channels for certain questions. We recommend you visit our Contact Page to send your inquiries
What should I do if the item I want is out of stock?
If one or multiple of our products are out of stock, we advise our customers to sign up to our mailing list. Updates regarding restocking articles will be sent through email.
Do you offer discount codes or special promotions?
Yes, we do offer discount codes through our social channels or mailing lists. All new customers receive a discount code once applied to our newsletter.
Where are your clothing items produced?
Our clothing is mainly produced in The Netherlands. Some of our pieces are made in Spain, but have the finishing touches done in The Netherlands.
What materials are your clothes made from?
Most of our pieces are crafted from natural fibers such as organic premium cotton, linen, and wool, combined with recycled synthetics for durability. Each product page includes a detailed fabric composition.
How do I take care of my clothes?
We suggest washing at low temperatures, air-drying whenever possible, and avoiding harsh detergents. Care instructions can be found on the product label and the product page online.
Do your clothes shrink after washing?
Our fabrics are pre-washed to minimize shrinkage. Following the care instructions will help maintain the original fit and quality. See the product page for the instructions.
Are your clothes suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our fabrics are hypoallergenic, especially our organic cotton range.
Can I wear your clothes for sports or just casual?
Most of our pieces are lifestyle wear, but some are designed with stretch and comfort for movement.
Do you make limited-edition drops?
We do special drops in small batches — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the country you're is ordering from. Once you fill in the required order information, our system will automatically calculate the shipping costs to your country/city.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the country we have to ship your package to. Every customer will receive a Track & Trace after the order is fulfilled and sent. We strive to fulfil all our order within 2 working days,
What if my package is delayed?
We’ll notify you of any unexpected delays and if needed, help track down your order.
Will I receive a confirmation once my order is shipped?
Yes, every customer receives a confirmation email with a Track & Trace once the order is fulfilled and sent.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely — once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Can I have my order shipped to a pick-up point?
We ship your order to the address that is filled in during the order process.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment we do not ship internationally. We are mainly focussed on the EU and UK market. International shipping will be available in the future as our brand grows.
How do you handle international shipping duties and taxes?
At this moment we do not have the possibility to ship internationally yet. Once we have that option we will be notifying our customers through email, so make sure you sign up to be updated on this matter.
What should I do if my tracking number isn’t working?
If your tracking number isn't working, we advice you to contact us immediately through our contact page or at support@lucidrodeo.com.
