1. Digital Delivery Only
Lucid Rodeo Gift Cards are delivered electronically via email and contain a unique code redeemable at checkout. No physical card will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person or account, except where required by law.

3. No Expiration Date
Lucid Rodeo Gift Cards do not expire and carry no maintenance or inactivity fees.

4. Use Restrictions
Gift Cards can only be used on the official Lucid Rodeo online store and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. Treat your gift card code like cash.

6. Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to cancel any gift card or order if fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms is suspected.

7. Balance Limitations
Gift cards can be applied toward purchases up to their balance. If a purchase exceeds the card’s balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.

8. Discounts
Gift Cards cannot be purchased using discount codes.

9. Legal Compliance
